Creative Victoria as part of its mission to support creative industries, including games, announces its support of The Game Expo, a show dedicated to gaming culture: community, competition and creativity.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Creative Victoria and for the Game Expo to be recognised as part of the games sector as supported by the Victorian government. Creative Victoria in particular supports the Indie Games Zone, a chance to see exciting up and coming locally developed games. Fran Kerlin, Director of Screen and Fashion at Creative Victoria, said

“We are pleased to support The Game Expo, it’s a fantastic endeavour to connect with gaming communities in a fun and creative way. 

This is an opportunity for the gaming audience and creators of all kinds to enjoy a highlight event earlier in the year, which complements the work we do with Melbourne International Games Week at the end of the year.
